Contractor's special! This could be a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on nearly 4 1/4 acres. It is off the grid and has never been connected to PG&E. It has a well that is 400 feet from the house as well as a septic. It was previously powered by generator which has been removed. The house has been vacant for a while and needs some roof repairs and some updating. There is a large 3 car detached garage as well. What a great opportunity to update this home and make it shine! Very quiet and remote for a great get-away home.
